Americas Commercial Services Manager

We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Services Manager with proven success and experience to operate from Brintons' Kennesaw, Georgia Head Quarters. The successful candidate will oversee the management of Project Management, Customer Services and Technical Support for the Americas Business Unit, coordinating with the Americas Management Team and other Global Commercial Teams. The key aspects of the role are:

• Management of Projects

• Management, Forecasting and reporting on hot lists, orders and sales

• Order Management

• Post Order Management

• Development, implementation and maintenance of systems processes and procedures

• Budgetary control

Candidates are required to possess the following skills:

• Thorough understanding of understanding of the sales process, routes to market etc

• Demonstrated competence in planning and estimating

• Understanding demand management and scheduling, order processing, design, sampling

• Understanding of installation methods and issues associated with installation

• Excellent communication skills written and oral

• Problem solving and decision making

• Diligence and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize

• Ability to interpret and apply a rule base

• Ability to interpret customer priorities and give prompt accurate instructions

Senior Project Manager

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with proven success and experience to operate from Brintons' Kennesaw, Georgia Head Quarters. Project management is defined as being: The overall planning and co-ordination of projects from inception to completion aimed at meeting the client's requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards, through a controlled process of initiating, planning, executing, and closing down a project. This role involves the management of the Project Management function, Order fulfillment and Installation for the Business Unit. The key aspects of the role are:

• Management of the Project Team

• Co-ordination with the management Team

• Management of Projects

• AOR Management, Forecasting and reporting

• Order Management

• Post Order Management

• Management of Installation Services

Candidates are required to possess the following skills:

• Thorough knowledge of Brintons processes and procedures

EMEA Design Consultant

We are seeking to recruit a Design Consultant with proven success and experience to operate from the London area. The successful candidate will join an established selling and design team throughout the EMEA region and the rest of the world, the key aspects of this role are:

• Develop both existing and new commercial business

• Work closely with the A & D markets, flooring contractors and other key decision makers

• Establishing project viability

• Management of project from initiation through to implementation

• Develop and manage own territory area and achieve set sales targets

• The provision of creative and innovative design solutions

Candidates are required to posess the following skills:

• Experience of working within a similar environment

• Proven design and sales success in A & D specification.

• Possess the skills required to open doors to new contacts and develop business

• The ability to generate projects to achieve sales growth

• Capable in using the leading CAD programmes and experience in CRM processes

• Excellent interpersonal, project management, presentation, organisation, IT and team player skills
